Colon Cancer Screening

According to the American Cancer Society, colon cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related death in the United States.

Upper Endoscopy

Sometimes referred to as upper GI endoscopy, esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), or panendoscopy, an upper endoscopy is performed when a physician needs to inspect the lining of the upper part of the patient’s GI tract; including the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum.

Flexible Sigmoidoscopy

Similar to a colonoscopy, a Flexible Sigmoidoscopy occurs when a physician needs to examine the lining of the rectum and the lower part of the large intestine.
